As per the new rule if the pax have travelled to Vietnam on Tourist visa, then he can apply for the visa only after 01 year from the date of travel return. (The above is only applicable for Tourist visas, no conditions for Business visas.).

Business Visa :

Valid passport last 6 months, 1 visa application form, 2 color photo, Covering Letter on company letterhead, approval copy from Vietnam immigration one copy to us and copy fax directly from Vietnam to consulate, Return Ticket.

Tourist Visa :

Valid passport last 6 months, One visa application form, Covering letter on company letterhead, 2 color photo, Air ticket (Pax has to come personally) Pls note we can do E-visa, docs required passport first & last page copy and ticket copy, charge 3500rs all inclusive.

The consulate will require visa approval from Emigration Department of Vietnam, if passenger require business visa.
