W.E.F. 10th Feb 2015, the applicant has to fill online visa form, paid the visa fee online and book an appointment for biometric and has to come in person at VFS Ireland, Mumbai to submit visa application form. Please note you have to make 2 sets of all documents along with passport full pages copy 2 sets including old passports.

Business Visa :

Valid passport, Two Online forms, Three photographs, Return ticket, Covering letter, Invitation letter and Business correspondence, Income tax papers / Salary slip, Foreign exchange or International credit card, Personal bank statement for last 6 months and Medical insurance.

Tourist Visa :

Valid passport, Two Online forms, Three photographs, Return ticket, Covering letter, Return ticket, Income tax papers, Foreign exchange or International credit card or Financial sponsorship from Ireland, Hotel vouchers , Personal bank statement for last 6 months and Medical insurance.
